Terms & Conditions l300 – Rights and Responsibilities of Malaysian Players

Section 1 – Member Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the l300 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years of age on the date of your l300 account registration.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Not prohibited by any law or regulation applicable in your jurisdiction from participating in online gambling activities.
• Register one account only. l300 strictly prohibits the ownership of multiple accounts. If you are found to hold more than one account, l300 reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any remaining credit balance or winnings.
• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. l300 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, and failure to provide the required documents may result in your account being suspended until verification is complete.

Each member is fully responsible for keeping their l300 account username and password secure. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs through your account. Section 2 – Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

L300 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods, available specifically for the convenience of Malaysian players:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet – deposits and withdrawals are processed instantly.
• GrabPay – deposits and withdrawals are processed instantly.
• DuitNow – deposits and withdrawals are processed instantly.
• Boost – deposits and withdrawals are processed instantly.
• ShopeePay – deposits and withdrawals are processed instantly.
• FPX Online Banking, including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks – deposits are processed instantly.

The minimum deposit per transaction is RM10. There is no default maximum daily deposit limit; however, members may set personal limits through their account settings as part of l300's responsible gaming commitment.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per request. l300 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests within 15 to 30 minutes of receipt, subject to identity verification requirements that may apply to certain transactions for security purposes. l300 does not charge any processing fees for deposits or withdrawals via any of the listed methods.

L300 reserves the right to decline or suspend any withdrawal request that raises concerns related to fraud, money laundering, or a breach of the platform's terms of use. In such cases, l300 will notify the member concerned within a reasonable timeframe and request the necessary verification documents.

Section 3 – Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

L300 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All offers are subject to the following conditions:

• The 150% welcome bonus is available to new members on their first deposit only. Only one welcome bonus is permitted per account, per individual, per residential address, and per device.
• All bonuses received are subject to the rollover requirements stated in the relevant promotion terms. l300's standard rollover requirement ranges from 5x to 20x depending on the bonus type, and must be completed within the stated timeframe.
• Bonuses may only be used to wager on eligible games as specified in each promotion's terms. Not all games contribute equally towards rollover requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games or live casino games may contribute at a lower percentage.
• L300 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice given to affected members.
• Any attempt to abuse the l300 bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, using a VPN to falsify your location, or colluding with other members to exploit promotions — may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

Weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and loyalty rewards are offered at l300's discretion and are not an automatic entitlement for any member. Full terms for each promotion are available on the l300 promotions page and should be read before accepting any offer.

Section 4 – Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the l300 platform — including slots such as Monkey King, Fat Banker, Wild Linx, Hot to Burn, Five Blessings, Dragon Fishing, and Star Bounty — operate using a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been certified by independent international bodies. This ensures that every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be influenced or manipulated by any party.

The RTP (Return to Player) value for each game is as stated in its respective game information and may be checked by any member at any time. This RTP is a theoretical long-term value and does not guarantee specific returns in any individual playing session.

Members are not permitted to use any software, bots, automated scripts, or other unauthorised methods to gain an unfair advantage in any l300 game. Use of such methods will result in immediate account closure with no refund of funds.

L300 reserves the right to void winnings resulting from a technical error, odds display error, or system malfunction. In such cases, the original stake amount will be returned to the member within 24 hours of the decision being made by l300.

Section 5 – Member Conduct & Prohibitions

As an l300 member, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Cheating, deceiving, or attempting to gain an unfair advantage from the l300 platform by any means.
• Using your l300 account for money laundering or any other illegal activities.
• Disclosing or sharing your account information with others, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving abusively towards other members or l300 support staff.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to circumvent regional restrictions set by l300.
• Attempting to hack, interfere with, or compromise the security of the l300 system in any way.
• Registering on behalf of another person without their valid consent.

Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all credit balances and winnings, and legal action where the violation involves criminal activity.

Section 6 – Account Closure & Suspension

L300 members may close their account at any time by contacting the l300 customer support team. Before an account can be closed, all outstanding bonus rollover requirements must be fulfilled or the relevant bonus will be forfeited. Any valid credit balance remaining in the account will be returned to the member via their preferred payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

L300 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Failure to provide the identity verification documents requested by l300 within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from authorised law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
• Suspicious activity related to fraud or money laundering.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.

Section 7 – Limitation of Liability

L300 provides an entertainment platform and makes every effort to ensure it runs smoothly and remains available 24/7. However, l300 cannot be held liable for losses arising from:

• Service interruptions caused by factors beyond l300's control, including internet infrastructure issues, power outages, or natural disasters.
• Disputed game outcomes where l300's RNG system has functioned correctly within its defined parameters.
• Losses arising from access to your account granted by you to another party.
• Game decisions made by a member while under the influence of alcohol or any other substance that impairs judgement.

L300 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses that a member may suffer as a result of using this platform. l300's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Section 8 – Changes to Terms & Conditions

L300 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes through:

• Notifications within the l300 platform displayed upon member login.
• Via email to the address registered to the relevant member's l300 account.
• Updates to this Terms & Conditions page will reflect the latest revision date.

Continued use of the l300 platform after any changes to the terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account in accordance with the procedure set out in Section 6 above.

This Terms & Conditions document constitutes the entire agreement between l300 and its members regarding use of the platform. Any verbal agreements or representations not documented herein carry no legal weight.
